USG examination – information

When making an appointment for an ultrasound examination, it is worthwhile to prepare yourself first. In order to determine the most optimal date for the examination, we will ask you to give us the exact duration of your pregnancy or the date of your last menstruation or the date of your expected delivery.

We would like to inform you that the time of one ultrasound examination is usually about 20-30 minutes, however, for reasons beyond our control, the examination period may be extended even to 60 minutes – mainly due to the position of the foetus during the examination as well as due to the detected irregularities. Please treat the time of your appointment as an estimated one.
